Assistant Principal

Hi, I’m Zachari Ruff and I’m honored to continue serving the Northeast community as the Assistant Principal at Northeast Middle School. With 12 years in education, my goal is to bring a passion for student-centered leadership and a deep commitment to school culture in my new role at Northeast Middle School. 

I began my journey teaching Choir at Tunica Middle School, then spent six years at Northwest Middle before stepping into school leadership at Northeast Elementary, where I’ve served for the past four years.

I  am excited to continue building meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff—championing growth, belonging, and academic excellence. Outside of school, you’ll find me playing tennis, making music, traveling, or spending time with my favorite person—my son, Stevie. Let’s have a great year! It’s Always A Great Day To Be A Trojan!!
