LCSD Fall Break: October 13–15
Teachers will return for a Professional Development Day on Wednesday, October 15, and students will return to campuses on Thursday, October 16.

Please join us in recognizing our outstanding team of custodians who keep our campuses a cut above the rest. Their tireless efforts help us maintain clean, safe, and healthy schools. We are celebrating National Workforce Development Month with the launch of Level All. It’s a new college- and career-readiness platform that helps students in grades 7-12 explore career pathways, set postsecondary goals, and connect their interests and strengths with real-world opportunities. The LCSD Foundation is hard at work helping our schools, and we couldn’t be more grateful! Through its generosity, the Foundation has provided thousands of dollars to help meet the needs of our teachers and students. We are excited to welcome Mrs. Dana Foreman as the newest member of the School Board. She was officially sworn in during the September board meeting. She's assuming the seat previously held by Mrs. Barbara Jones, who recently retired. Click on the attached link to hear from Mrs. Foreman.

Hungry for a good cause? Join us at Honey Baked Ham for the LCSD Foundation. Dine to Donate fundraiser! It will held from 10 AM - 6 PM. 10% of the proceeds raised will go straight to support teacher mini-grants in our schools!
